Winter High performance Sprint Program
The winter Program is designed for dry land training to prepare the athletes for the next summer season.
Winter training involves weight training, ergometer work-outs, yoga, skiing and running.
2025-2026 Practice Schedule: November 3rd 2025 to April 4th 2026
Monday to Friday
6 am-7:30 am and 4pm-5:30pm (Wednesday PM OFF)
Saturday 8 am-10:30 am (until Skiing starts, then day and time may change)
Cost: $ 1250.00
Please Note: Additional payments required for swimming and skiing practices as needed
What to bring: Gym clothes, gym shoes, water bottle. For runs and skiing be dressed appropriately for outdoor cardio.
Age Requirements:
Participants must be born in 2011 or earlier
Financial assistance available through Jumpstart .
All athletes and their parent/guardian must review
